What is the turn around time?

Our turnaround time varies. You will be assigned a scheduled date for your framework and we just ask that your frame be here one day prior to your scheduled date. Once your booking fee has been paid we will send you an email notifying you of your scheduled date. Your work is typically completed on the date you are assigned and is shipped the following business day. If your frame is being Cerakoted, that will add additional time to your order.

Start by completing the order form. We will then send a quote for the framework and confirm your scheduled date. We charge a $75 non-refundable booking fee. This will be applied towards the total cost of your framework. Once you ship your frame and we receive it, you will receive the invoice for the remaining balance. The balance must be paid in full before we ship the frame back to you.

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for Military (active or honorably discharged) and First Responders on grip work only.

It depends. We ask that you send us a few quality images of your frame so we can take a closer look. You can send the pictures to getta_grip@5bgunworx.com

Please remove your slide and send the complete lower. Our address is on the work order form, which you will need to send with your frame.
Is your booking fee really non-refundable?
Is your booking fee really non-refundable?
Yes. The booking fee helps cover the cost of office hours spent emailing and scheduling your frame.

After submitting your work order form, you will receive an email with a quote for your framework. We will later email you an invoice which can be paid online via bank or credit card.

Do I need to remove the internals out of my frame before I ship?
No, you do not need to remove the internals from the frame before you ship. Simply remove the upper and ship the complete lower to us.
